The Carnaby Melrose is a smashing little holiday home from the Bridlington based Carnaby Caravans. At 34′ long and 12’wide the Melrose feels a lot bigger as it has been cleverly designed to provide maximum space especially in the living areas. This is a well kempt caravan in a lovely area of the park with a pleasant outlook from its vast veranda.
The main bedroom is situated at the rear and consists of a large double bed with bedside tables, overhead cupboards, a corner vanity unit and mirror. There is also a door into the bathroom from the main bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, a shared bedside table with a large wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom is accessed by two doors, one is from the main bedroom(as stated previously) and the other is out to the main corridor of the holiday home. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower , WC and basin, with bathroom cabinet above.
Moving into the main living area we have the extensive kitchen with plenty of worktop space. It has a four burner gas hob with cooker and grill, a space for a fridge and loads of overhead and drawer storage. The dining area has a good sized rectangular table with four cloth covered chairs. The large lounge area has wrap around seating for up to six adults. There is a coffee table, gas fire, a TV station with plenty of drawer space and a display area. Outside there is a large veranda(which can be accessed by either side doors) with a good sized area at the front suitable for a sizeable dining table and a runway down the side to the steps, which lead down to a private parking space.
All in all this is a very tidy holiday home that has been well looked after and at this price will not be around for long ! Please contact us for appointment to view .
