Holiday Home Description:

This is a very rare event indeed, an actual used Lodge in this sought after area of Wayside Lakes has come up for sale !! The Moselle is probably one of the best Lodges in its class and being built by Swift caravans it comes with an enviable pedigree. Situated on the smaller of the two lakes it is amazingly private with low level trees and bushes on either side and a small copse behind it . Moving into the living area of the Lodge there is a large kitchen/dining area with all the mod cons you need to make this a perfect retreat from the grind of daily life. The kitchen has a lot of natural light provided by the roof mounted velux window and consists of a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of worktops with a one and half sink, and a four hob cooker with grill and oven (gas). There is plenty of additional cupboard and drawer space and open shelves for a microwave,(not included) and glasses and plates. The dining area consists of a large dining table with four chairs.

Moving into the lounge there is very comfortable wraparound seating for up to 6 people(including a pull-out bed), a coffee table with two stools for extra seating a TV station and sound system. In addition there is a mantelpiece with mirror over and a modern electric fire below this. There is also a lovely sliding patio door leading out onto the massive verandah which has stunning views of the lake, perfect for those alfresco evenings while watching the sun go down due to the lodge’s westerley aspect !
