Holiday Home Description:

This beautiful Lodge has just arrived with us for the 2019 season and its a real cracker of a holiday home. With its residential specification providing a high level of insulation even for the coldest days, this is an all round holiday home in an affordable price bracket. The ‘Poeme’interior furnishings (sustainable materials I think!) offers a contemporary take on traditional country styles for a warm ,homely feel with a modern edge.

At the rear of the 40 x 13 lodge is the main bedroom consisting of a large double bed with overhead storage and bedside tables. There is a vanity unit consisting of a large mirror and stool with a further “hidden” wardrobe behind a storage screen. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a full size shower, wash basin and toilet. It also has a bathroom cupboard and mirror.

The family bathroom is a well proportioned room with a second shower basin and toilet, again with bathroom cabinet and mirror. The second bedroom consists of twin beds a large wardrobe and overhead storage. Moving into the kitchen and dining area we are surprised at the amount of storage space available right across this specific area. The kitchen has a 4 hob gas cooker, grill and oven along with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area consists of a large dining table and four chairs. The lounge has a prominent and panoramic view over the main lake at Wayside and consists of an “L” shaped sofa comfortably seating five people and also a single free standing chair. The pull out bed is situated under the sofa increasing sleeping capacity to 6.

The glass surround verandah when added (at extra cost) will provide a very prominent viewing position over the main lake and because it faces south will have sun for most of the day and is perfect for al fresco dining! Please call us to book an appointment to view.
