Holiday Home Description:

The Europa Cypress is a great example of a well designed and beautifully put together holiday home which belies its 30 x 10 size by providing light and airy accommodation in a very quiet and tranquil area of Wayside. In addition it has a large verandah and a paved area at the back perfect for a BBQ and storage box. At 3 years old it is in immaculate condition, ready to just walk into and start to enjoy this beautiful area of the world .

Moving into the living area, there is a galley kitchen with a four burner hob with extractor above, grill and oven. There is a space for a microwave and fridge and loads of additional storage in cupboards, drawers etc and plenty of worktop space as well. Moving into the dining area we have a large dining table with wraparound seating and a stool so will accommodate four adults comfortably. Further wraparound seating is available in the lounge with a coffee table and TV station providing further storage. The holiday home is double glazed and fully centrally heated with radiators in all the rooms and so provides a very cosy ambience . As mentioned previously there is a large verandah which provides those wonderful al-fresco evenings we all dream about !
