The Arronbrook Luxihome is probably the most sought after static caravan in the Low Meadows area of the park, and the reason ? They are terrific value for money and this one is no exception. Installed on the park in 2018 it is just over 5 years old and as been lovingly cared for by the owners and is in immaculate condition. It is sited in a very quiet area of the park overlooking planted beds and a small copse of trees allowing for a very calming restful environment .
The main bedroom is positioned at the rear of the holiday home and consists of a large “queen” sized bed with bedside tables, overhead storage, a large vanity unit with stool and mirror and a door(one of two) into the main bathroom . The second bedroom has two 2′ 6″ twin beds, a bedside table, further overhead storage and large wardrobe. The bathroom is accessed not only from the main bedroom but by a second door situated in the corridor opposite the second bedroom. It consists of a large shower, WC, and basin with cabinet and mirror above and extractor unit for ventilation along with a ladder radiator for drying towels.
The kitchen is large and airy and in a “u” shaped configuration with loads of worktop space. It has a 4 hob gas cooker with grill and oven, extractor fan, a large built in fridge freezer, and a space for a microwave. There are the usual complement of drawers and cupboards providing loads of storage. The adjacent dining area has a large round dining table with four chairs and view out onto the verandah.
The Lounge is large and spacious with wrap around seating capable of sitting four people in comfort. There is a coffee table, electric fire and TV station with cupboards and drawers underneath and the pull out bed is situated under the lounge seating. Outside there is a large verandah allowing the owners that all important alfresco dining favoured by all Wayside customers ! There are steps down from the verandah onto the path that leads to the car park.
This is a terrific package and doesn’t come up often in this part of the park and at this price it will fly off the shelf ! Please ring us or e mail to make an appointment to view.
