Based on the Arronbrook Topaz, the Luxihome has been developed by Bridlington Caravans for their discerning customers who want good value but with a little something extra that gives this holiday home a touch of class. Sited in our recently upgraded area known as Cowslip, this static now has wonderful views over the new stream which runs through this area and with the option of adding a verandah, a perfect combination is achieved to experience alfresco living and the sound of the “babbling brook ” !
Starting at the rear of the holiday home there is the main bedroom consisting of a double bed with overhead storage space, further large wardrobes, a vanity unit and bedside tables. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom consisting of a toilet and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds with further overhead storage and a tall wardrobe.
The main bathroom consists of a second toilet, hand wash basin and large shower . Storage is provided by a mirrored cabinet above the sink.
The kitchen and dining area is large and airy . The kitchen has a built in fridge freezer, a four hob cooker with grill and oven and an overhead extractor. There is plenty of worktop space and loads of further kitchen storage provided by an abundance of cupboards and drawers. The dining area is well served with a large dining table and four chairs.
Moving into the large lounge we have wrap around seating for 6 adults, a TV station with storage, a coffee table, and electric fire. Under the wrap around seating is the pull out bed making this holiday home capable of sleeping 6 people comfortably.
