Holiday Home Description:

The description Premier Lodge really doesn’t do the Ambleside justice I’m afraid . This is a premium Holiday Home from the ABI boys in Beverley . Like the town itself it really it is a cut above and deserves all the accolades it gets . It oozes quality not only by the skilled carpentry and design but also the quality of the materials that are used throughout and married to a superior pitch looking right down the main lake at Wayside I can say it can’t be beaten !!
After entering the Lodge you are amazed by the size of the entrance hallway, which has a seat for removing muddy boots and plenty of hooks for hanging coats on. From there we have the door into the main bedroom with its massive double bed and double thick Signature mattress and woven material bedheads. There is a substantial vanity unit with mirror and stool, a large wardrobe and a window seat for whiling away the hours not really doing anything !! The en suite bathroom is roomy and comfortable consisting of a large shower, basin and WC with bathroom cabinet and mirror. Again, leading off the hallway there is the large second bedroom with twin 3′ beds with the Signature pocket sprung mattresses, fabric bedheads, vanity unit and stool and further wardrobe space. The family bathroom is large with a good sized shower, basin and WC and for added light a velux roof skylight.
Moving through the hallway we enter the large kitchen/dining area. There is a large sink unit with one and a half sinks, a fridge freezer, built in microwave, dish washer, washing machine and a five hob cooker with oven and grill. A real home from home !! There is a large dining table with four fabric covered chairs and being of open aspect overall, there are great views through the patio doors over the lakes.
The lounge area is beautifully appointed and consists of one , two seater sofa and one, three seater sofa, a large footstool and TV cabinet. there is a stylish Dimple electric fire and large mirror over the mantelpiece . The lighting enhances the cottagey theme of the Lodge but is contemporary at the same time. All the sofas are dressed with a collection of cushions which finish off the unique feel of the lounge area and provide further comfort as you gaze through the massive patio doors across the lake and up into the North York Moors.
