This terrific lodge has just come up for sale and is probably situated in one of the most sought after areas of the lakes development at Wayside. Perched at one of the highest points in the area it commands majestic views over the rest of the development and has fantastic views into the foothills of the North York Moors. Although set back from the edge of the lakes it has a commanding view of the stream which cascades into the smaller of the two lakes.
At 40′ long and 13′ wide the lodge is airy and well laid out providing everything a discerning owner would expect. At the rear of the holiday home there is the the large main bedroom consisting of a king size bed with two bedside tables, a large vanity unit consisting of mirror and stool, a large wardrobe with plenty of drawer space and a chair for relaxing. The main bedroom also has an en-suite shower with basin, WC and large shower. Storage is an open ladder of shelving providing plenty of space for toiletries.
In the main corridor is the entrance to the family bathroom consisting of a further shower, basin with mirror above and a storage cupboard underneath. The second bedroom has twin beds, a joint bedside table a wardrobe with drawers underneath and a small vanity unit with mirror.
Moving into the main living area of the Lodge we have the substantial “u”shaped kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob with grill and oven underneath. There is a built in microwave, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and a single sink and drainer along with plenty of drawer and cupboard space. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen and this consists of a large dining table with four cloth covered chairs.
The lounge area of the lodge is enormous and has a four seater “L” shaped settee, a separate arm chair and a further rotating arm chair perfect for taking in the views out of the large panoramic windows ! There is a coffee table, TV station with storage and electric fire with a mantelpiece surround and a mirror above. There is a patio door which allows access onto the large glass surround verandah where the new owners can indulge in the most popular Wayside pastime of alfresco eating !! There is a list of additional items that will be left by the present owners which can be seen when viewing.
