This is just about the top of the range of Holiday Lodges from The Victory stable of caravan manufacturers, and what a smasher it is ! Being 42′ long and 14′ wide this lodge is not lacking in space and feels airy and spacious as its dimensions would suggest ! It is furnished throughout in a very contemporary style, which will appeal to any discerning owner. On entering using the side door, you are immediately struck by the large entrance hall with storage for coats and a seat to remove shoes after returning from those muddy dog walks which are very popular in the fields around Wayside !!
At the back of the Holiday home is the magnificent main bedroom consisting of a king sized bed with bedside tables and lights above and a beautifully patterned head board. On one side of the main bedroom are the mirrored doors hiding access to the voluminous walk in wardrobe with loads of shelves and hanging space. Next to that are the doors which hide the entrance to the en-suite bathroom . This consists of a large shower, WC and wash basin with a mirrored bathroom cabinet above. Back in the main bedroom are further drawers and a vanity unit with stool and mirror. Back in the hallway is the door to the main bathroom which is spacious and welcoming with another large shower, WC and washbasin and another bathroom cabinet and Velux window which gives loads of light. Next to this is the second bedroom with two 3′ beds (most are 2′ 6″ ) and have Cozee mattresses for extra comfort and so are great for visiting relatives and friends. The beds have a bedside table to share, a TV point and half and full height wardrobe.
Moving out of the hallway and through the door we have the beautifully fitted kitchen with another Velux window giving terrific light into the area. On the left we have a one and half sink with draining board, a sliding full size pantry door that comes out at right angles providing plenty of storage space for your dried goods. There is a built in fridge freezer dishwasher and microwave and a five ring hob with oven and grill to one side and an extractor fan above . There is plenty of worktop space and the usual coterie of drawers and cupboards that you expect from this class of Lodge. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that consists of a large rectangular table with four cloth covered chairs.
Moving into the lounge you are immediately confronted by the large full size panoramic windows which look out over the Water Gardens . The lounge has two, 3 seater settees(loose) a coffee table and electric fire with a TV station above to house a large flat TV if required. The lounge is also equipped with bluetooth speakers providing great musical possibilities !!
Outside, the Holiday home will have a large glass surround veranda which sits over the water, providing a fantastic space for those all important al-fresco dinners so beloved by the Wayside owners ! From the front of the veranda there will be a four foot walkway down the side to the entrance door with steps down to your private car park. The veranda is included in the price shown.
