The Cypress is produced by one of the smaller but specialist caravan manufacturers based in Hull(Europa) and is none the worse for that !! This is a cracking holiday home for those who have never purchased one before or for those more experienced “holiday homers” who require a compact, well specified static at a great price. This holiday home fits the bill perfectly.
The holiday home is double glazed, with electric panel heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom and a gas fire in the lounge. The main bedroom is situated at the rear of the static and consists of a queen sized bed, two bedside tables, a vanity unit with stool and mirror, a large wardrobe and further overhead storage above the bed. The second bedroom has two, 2′ 6″ beds with further overhead storage and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is a decent size with WC, a large shower, basin with cabinet and mirror above.
Moving into the living area we have a well attired galley kitchen with a four ring gas hob grill and oven, an extractor fan, fridge and microwave, and a wine rack. There is plenty of work top space and loads of cupboards and drawers for further storage. The dining room is adjacent to the lounge and has wrap around seating with stool and dining table that will seat four in comfort. The lounge also has wrap around seating, enough for four people to sit comfortably. There is a coffee table , TV station with storage underneath and a gas fire.
Outside there is a small wooden verandah with enough room for a small dining table and chairs for those balmy alfresco evenings which are a must at Wayside ! Altogether this is a terrific package at a very low price (which includes the pitch fee until the end of the year 2023) and will not be around for long ! Please call to make an appointment to view.
